RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:

It is absolutely important to us that you are 110% satisfied with your purchase – this is why we offer returns within 7 days (domestic) & 14 days (international) of your receiving your purchase.
 
When returning your item(s), we strongly recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, as we cannot process a return without physical goods or proof of delivery.

*For hygiene reasons - EARRINGS are non-refundable.
 
EXCHANGES: 

As stated in the Australian consumer law – We are not always required to offer customers refunds for sizing fit, change of mind or returns. Feel free to ask us for a free repair, replacement or refund if your purchase is faulty but please keep in mind you are not always entitled to one.

 
We treat every order with absolute care & pack them with precision & love to ensure they're in the same immaculate condition they left our studio in. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty or not as you expected, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:

1. You notify us Via email within 7 days from delivery date providing:
- A description of the fault in your item(s). 
- Picture(s) of the damaged item(s) if applicable.
- Your original postage receipt including your order number

Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM(S).

1. Shipping cost of returning item(s) to us for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. However if you request an exchange, we will arrange to send the new item out to you.
We understand that some domestic/ international postage can be costly; therefore we do not expect express shipping on returns.

2. Items are only eligible for refunds/exchanges if returned within specified return timeframe.

3. Sale or items purchased with a discount or promotional code cannot be refunded.

4. Please ensure items are in their original condition before returning.
